Western Turner Syncline Phase 2

Sector: Minerals and Resources

Mondium’s scope of work included engineering and design, procurement and site construction work associated with the process plant, overland conveyor and non-process infrastructure with the facility achieving first ore in 2021.

Talison Tailings Retreatment Project

Client: Talison Lithium
Location: South West - WA
Sector: Infrastructure

Mondium carried out all works as an EPC contractor including all engineering, procurement, management of site subcontractors. Self-performed structural, mechanical, and piping construction for the project. The contract included the design and construction of detailed earthworks, concrete works, structural, platework, electrical and instrumentation works and controls for the Tailings Process Retreatment Plant. The project was completed in early 2022, ahead of schedule.

Mt Cattlin Yield Optimisation Project

Client: Galaxy Resources (now Allkem)
Location: South West - WA
Sector: Infrastructure

An EPC contract for the design, engineering, construction and commissioning of the following circuits within an operating plant environment. Mondium’s engineering, procurement and construction scope of work included the design, engineering, construction and commissioning of the fines recovery circuit, including wet high-intensity magnetic separation; secondary floats re-liberation circuit; optical sorting circuit; process water upgrade; and miscellaneous brownfield plant modifications and upgrades. The work was undertaken within an operating plant environment.

Chemical Grade Plant 1 Feed System Project

Client: Talison Lithium
Location: South West - WA

Mondium delivered the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of the new chemical grade stockpile reclaim and plant feed system to the existing chemical grade plant. The scope included managing all construction disciplines onsite, from the concrete civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works and plant shutdown, with brownfield tie-in works also completed to an existing substation and transfer tower to connect the new plant feed system. The works included the procurement, installation and interface of a slewing radial stacker fed from a new contract crushing facility established onsite.

South Flank Thyssenkrupp Stockyard Machines

Client: Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG
Location: Pilbara - WA
Sector: Minerals and Resources

Structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation (SMPE&I) works associated with the assembly of a reclaimer and two stackers at BHP’s South Flank Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The machines have a capacity of 20,000 tonnes per hour, making them the world’s largest rail-mounted stackers and reclaimers.

West Angelas Deposits C and D
