Sean embarked on his professional career with Mondium in 2017 as a Technical Officer on Mondium’s first project. Since then, he has been involved in numerous projects that have presented him with new challenges and responsibilities but learning alongside his supportive colleagues, who possess a wealth of experience, has been a valuable part of his journey. Mondium has provided me with opportunities to develop my career and is a company which will give you a great sense of belonging and make you proud of what you do.

Having started with Mondium in July 2019 after moving across the country from Queensland, Mitchell was welcomed into Mondium as a Graduate Accountant. He has had the opportunity to work across a number of roles ranging from Procurement, Contracts Administration, Site Administration and after completion of the Monadelphous Graduate Program, a Commercial Accountant. His diverse experience at Mondium provided an understanding of how multiple disciplines operate and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. One of Mitchell’s favourite things about Mondium is the people and with that, the culture. The team that has been built is tremendous and makes the feeling of successfully delivering a project alongside one another even greater.

Jonathan was involved in Mondium’s biggest project from start to finish, getting insights into both design and construction, right through to commissioning – not an opportunity that many graduates get to experience.  There have been many highlights for Jonathan during his time at Mondium, including gaining an understanding of the quality management process, commissioning dossiers on-site and being involved in the full contractual close out of a project.  I enjoy the collective capability that Mondium offers – an EPC style job brings together dynamic work groups with different people and ideas to execute large-scale projects.
