Andrew Carnie
Andrew has more than two decades of experience within the engineering, procurement and construction industry. He brings a wealth of management and operational knowledge in the mining and metals, oil and gas, chemicals, infrastructure and energy sectors, and has been actively involved in the development and execution of projects throughout Australia and Asia. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and Master of Business Administration.

Karl Cicanese
With more than 25 years’ experience, Karl is currently the Managing Director of Lycopodium Minerals Pty Ltd. Prior to being appointed to this role, Karl held a number of senior roles within the company, including General Manager, Group Manager and Project Director. His vast EPC and EPCM experience includes working for owners, engineers and construction contractor organisations, across feasibility, design, construction, commissioning, completions and operations and maintenance.

Peter De Leo
Peter has over 30 years of engineering and construction experience within the resources and infrastructure sectors. He is currently the Managing Director of Lycopodium Limited (ASX: LYL). Prior to being appointed to this role, he held several senior leadership and operational roles at Lycopodium, including Managing Director of Lycopodium Minerals Pty Ltd, General Manager of Operations, Manager of Projects and Project Director. A Fellow of Engineers Australia, Peter is a civil engineer, and is the Chair of the Australia-Africa Minerals and Energy Group.

Adam Cook
Adam brings over 25 years of experience working in the engineering, construction and mining sectors. He is currently the Executive General Manager of Monadelphous’ Engineering Construction division. Prior to this Adam held senior management roles at Clough, Downer, BHP Iron Ore, Fortescue Future Industries and WesTrac.
He holds a bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.

Hua Zhu
With more than 15 years of experience, Hua joined Mondium in 2016 as Financial Controller and has subsequently held a number of financial and management roles across the business, including project controls, commercial and contracts on a number of the Company’s projects. Prior to joining Mondium, Hua held several positions at Monadelphous and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inteforge (previously SinoStruct).
Hua is a member of CPA Australian and GAICD, holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in accounting and management.

Zoran Bebic
Zoran is an executive with more than 30 years’ experience in management roles within the construction and engineering services industry.
He commenced his career with Monadelphous in 1993 as an accounting graduate and has since held a number of senior management roles, both operational and support, within Monadelphous, including the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and Executive General Manager, Maintenance and Industrial Services. In his current role, as Managing Director, which he assumed in 2022, Zoran is responsible for the management and leadership of a diversified engineering services business which employs more than 7,000 employees and has an annual revenue in excess of $2b per annum.
Zoran is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
