Andrew Carnie
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Andrew is a mechanical engineer with more than 26 years' of experience in general business management, strategic planning and execution, business development and EPC project delivery. Andrew brings a wealth of industry knowledge in the mining and metals, oil and gas, chemicals, infrastructure and energy sectors. He believes long term success is achieved through high-performance workplace cultures, applying vision, leadership and strategic exercises that always focus on the customers end goals.

Andrew has extensive global experience across multiple sectors and has been actively involved in the development and execution of projects throughout Australia and Asia. Andrew also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (Technology) which complements his leadership functions and commercial expertise.


Bob Osmetti

Bob brings direct experience in all aspects of project implementation, estimating, scheduling and construction management, as well as the management of numerous mineral processing projects from feasibility studies to project execution for major resource projects in Australia and overseas. Bob has held senior roles for major constructors, engineers and as owner's representative in construction, EPCM delivery and in facility management in the minerals, manufacturing, infrastructure and petrochemical sectors.

Bob is one of the founding partners of Lycopodium and has held diverse positions within the Group, most recently President of Lycopodium Minerals Canada Ltd.


Peter De Leo

Peter is a civil engineer with over 30 years’ experience in engineering and construction within the resources and infrastructure sectors. Peter possesses strong business management and project implementation skills and has been responsible for the successful delivery of many of Lycopodium’s pioneering and large scale projects. In his corporate roles he has led the organisation in shaping and reshaping as required to meet market needs and capitalise on opportunities.

A Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia, Peter maintains an active involvement with industry associations and tertiary education institutions both as a representative of the organisation and of industry.


Rob Velletri

Rob joined Monadelphous in 1989 as General Manager after serving a 10 year career in engineering and management roles at Alcoa. He was appointed to the Monadelphous Board on 26 August 1992 and commenced as Managing Director on 30 May 2003. Rob is a mechanical engineer with more than 40 years' of experience in the construction and engineering services industry and is a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Australia. 




Dino Foti

Dino is a civil engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the design and construction of oil and gas projects including LNG plants, minerals processing facilities for base and precious metals, diamonds, chemical refineries, power plants,  pigment plants and various infrastructure projects entailing roads and jetties.  Dino joined Monadelphous in 1992 as  Group Operations Manager, having previously worked at United Construction Group in the position of Manager Projects. 

He has been the Executive General Manager of the Engineering Construction Division at Monadelphous since 2005, ensuring the execution of projects through the various business units, including those based internationally and the development of new business strategies to foster growth in emerging markets and locations.
